Surface Compatibility Guide (Warning / Instructions)
Please check your wall before applying the wallpaper.
Do NOT use on these surfaces:
Uneven or cracked walls
Powdered, chalky or flaking paint
Strongly textured surfaces (e.g. rough brick, heavy orange peel, stone)
These surfaces are not suitable for wallpaper application and may cause poor adhesion or peeling.
Safe to use on these surfaces:
Smooth, properly painted walls
Flat, smooth drywall or plaster

Sealed and smooth wood surfaces
Smooth, clean metal surfaces
For best results, make sure the wall is clean, dry, smooth and dust-free before installation.
Installation
Panels are numbered for easy alignment.
We use either an overlap system or a butt-join (zero-gap) system (this will be specified in the package).
Can be installed by a professional decorator or a careful DIY team.
The peel-and-stick (self-adhesive) version can usually be removed without major damage to the wall, depending on the quality of the paint and primer.
A smoothing squeegee and a utility knife (cutter) are included in the box for installation.
 
Sample
To make sure you are fully satisfied with the color, texture and print quality, please order a sample first and test it on your wall.
In the sample size options listed, we print the full design on the same material and with the same print quality as the final wallpaper.
This allows you to see the wallpaper quality, the sharpness and colors, and exactly how the design will look on your wall, in real print quality.

Production & Shipping
Your mural is made to order after you place your purchase.
Production time is usually 3–5 business days (may vary depending on size and order volume).

Each mural is printed on a professional large-format printer specifically for your order.
The wallpaper is carefully rolled to protect the print surface.
Your order is packed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box with a secure shipping label for transit.

How to Order
Check your wall surface
Make sure your wall is smooth, painted and free of dust.
Avoid uneven, chalky/powdered or heavily textured surfaces.
Choose your material and/or design
Select the material type: peel-and-stick / self-adhesive (Smooth or Canvas texture) or traditional wallpaper.
Choose the design or image you want.
(If there is only one design option, you do not need to select anything here.)
Order a sample first (very important)
Add the Sample option to your cart and complete the purchase.
The sample is printed on the same material and with the same print quality and shows the full design, so you can test the color, texture and sharpness on your own wall.
Test the sample on your wall
Apply or tape the sample to your wall and look at it during the day and in the evening, in your real lighting conditions.
If you are happy with the color, texture and adhesion, you are ready to order the full-size mural.
Measure your wall
Measure the exact width and height of your wall.
Add at least 5 cm (2") on each side for trimming.
Select a size or request a custom size
Choose the closest standard size from the menu, or
If you need a custom size, send us a message with the final width × height after testing the sample. We will create a custom size option for you and enable it so you can select it directly.
Place your full-size order
Add the mural to your cart with the correct size and material, then complete checkout.
If you have already sent us your custom measurements, we will produce the mural according to those dimensions.

The print is carefully rolled and packed in a sturdy box.
